Welcome to a retreat for those who are searching for a way to transform their lives through embodied inquiry. Experience the possibilities that open when you work with awareness of the body and soul, using gentle touch, words that come from and are addressed to the body, and attention to breath.
This is a path to physical relaxation, emotional balance and deep connection to self, to others and to something greater.
Learn the principles of this unique bodywork through experiential exercises: discussion, dyads, demonstrations, practicum, movement and an integrative creative project.
Come for personal growth or and/or professional training.
Prerequisites: having attended an Introductory Workshop and received three private Rosen Method Bodywork sessions.
