Professional Training
As a Senior Bodywork Teacher at the Rosen Method Open Center, I offer workshops and intensive trainings for those who want to go deeper with their personal work, gain insights they can use in other professions or become certified Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioners.
Week-long residential retreats offer the opportunity to immerse yourself in your healing journey as well as develop the skills to be present to others in the Rosen Method way.
This is a path to physical relaxation, emotional balance, and deep connection to self, to others and to something greater.
You will learn the principles of Rosen Method Bodywork through experiential exercises: discussion, dyads, demonstrations, movement and guided practicum. Each week also includes a creative project to help integrate your learning and development.
The prerequisite for registration at an intensive is a weekend introductory workshop and/or three Rosen Method Bodywork private sessions. Go to the Upcoming events page to see listings and find the registration form.
Applicants for the Intensive Workshops must fill out and return the application form as well as registering online via the website.
