Its purpose is primarily to create a safe place for attendees to achieve embodied self-awareness and the ability to stay present to themselves as they relate to others.

This Intensive retreat is for those who have already experienced at least three Rosen Method Bodywork sessions and/or and Introductory Workshop. Its purpose is primarily to create a safe place for attendees to achieve embodied self-awareness and the ability to stay present to themselves as they relate to others. Our activities include discussion, dyads, demonstrations, Rosen Method Movement classes, guided practicum and a creative project. The schedule also allows opportunities to receive private sessions. Learning the skills of doing RMB is a pathway to coming back home to yourself. Some attendees choose to become students and continue with professional training for certification. This, however, is not a requirement to attend. Our retreat is in a beautiful location overlooking Canandaigua Lake, supported by healthy food, a supportive community and time to yourself. Expect it to be transformational. Participants must apply by downloading and completing the application form. It can either be printed and mailed or completed electronically and emailed. If you need to cancel your registration, you will receive a refund minus $200 if you cancel a month prior to the start of the intensive.
On January 23, the price of registration will increase to $997.
