Second lecture: "Writing to Heal: Using Journaling, Poetry and Storytelling when working with Trauma Survivors". This lecture will introduce you to the research that shows the physical, emotional and psychological benefits of expressive writing and teach which writing tools are appropriate for different situations to prevent survivors from getting overwhelmed. Using the right kind of writing prompts, survivors can gain healing insights and move beyond coping into flourishing.
